April 27, 2009 Dear Exhibitors: You are invited to be an exhibitor at the 2009 Washington Library Media Association (WLMA) fall conference. We expect to have more than 70 vendors and 900 school librarians attending the Conference. Location: Yakima Convention Center, Yakima, WA Conference dates: October 8 - 10, 2009 Exhibit times: October 8th from 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm and October 9th from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Cost per booth: $375 premium booths; $325 regular booths; $275 non-profit orgs; $600 for 2 booths The Prospectus found at the above linked button contains more detailed information about the conference. It is expected that by registering you are agreeing to stay until 5 P.M. on Friday as early breakdown is disruptive to other exhibitors and conference attendees. Exhibitors will be provided one complimentary box lunch on Friday for each booth purchase. Please let Venta Silins, Exhibits Chair, know as soon as possible if you need extra lunches. We are trying something new this year: Passports! Each WLMA member will receive a “passport.” To qualify for prizes, each passport must be stamped by all exhibitors. We hope this provides you an opportunity to talk with as many WLMA members as possible! IMPORTANT!!! In order to provide the correct name tags for exhibitors, please let us know who will be exhibiting at the Conference. Often the person who sends payment is not the person who will be exhibiting. Booth spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, so please register early. Please contact me if you have any questions, concerns or suggestions!
