2014 Winner

The 2014 Winner of The Towner Award is Nic Bishop Snakes!

Voting
Voting will take place spring 2015, until May 1st. Voting is for students in grade 2 through 6 in Washington State. Student votes can be submitted by librarians only.

Selection
To be considered, books must be of interest to students in grades two through six, be published in the year two years before the date of the award (2014 award covers books published in 2012), be informational in nature.
Books can be by authors of any nationality and in print.
Nominations from students are greatly encouraged, but should be submitted through a teacher librarian.

Nominations
Nominations for the 2016 award will be accepted early in 2015.  Nominations will close April 15, 2015.
