Don’t forget to contact the WCCPBA Committee to nominate your favorite children’s picture book for the 2012 school year.   The time to nominate is quickly coming to a close if you want to give a “shout out” to a book that deserves to be recognized across the great state of Washington.  Please make sure it meets the following criteria:

·          Books from titles published in 2010,2011, or 2012 that contain positive reviews from credible sources.

·          Nominated by WLMA members.

·          WLMA member must have personally read the book.

·          Nominate books in picture-book format and those you consider to be good read-aloud for a K-3 audience.

·          These may either be fiction or nonfiction.

·          Titles on the final 20 book nomination list cannot be nominated next year.

·          Books are to be in print and distributed in the United States.

·          The ballot will not contain more than 20 titles.

·          Submit 2012 ballot nominations by February 3, 2012 to  Dawn Smith at lov2read@hotmail.com
